Case is on Defence Evidence Stage & Execution is pending

D.V case is on Defence evidence stage and Respondent has to examined in the court. nAlready 3.50 Lacs is overdue as interim maintenance and execution has been filed. nThe accused has been instructed to bring at least 35,000/- on NDOH and to give defence evidence. Now what will be possible results of the case in the future? nIf there are found convicted at the end or Acquitted, what will happen? Please suggest.

even if they are found acquitted or convincted ...the respondent is liable to pay you interim maintainance for the litigation if you don't have enough source to support your self and if court is also of that opinion. also if he is convicted he will be liable for imprisonment along with fine... again depending upon the discretion of the court

Dear Client In the case of execution the court has powers to pass appropriate orders depending on the decree on the defence in case the amount is not deposited you can request the court to strike off the defence
