Case is filed for divorce by my husband but he is not coming on date

My husband did case for divorce, but now he is not coming on given date by Court, m going to every given date. Is there any way to send him notice for coming on given date.

you may bring this fact before the court that the applicant / petitioner i.e. your husband has filed the present case only with the intention to harass you and bring you embarrassment before the family..in the interest of Justice the petition be dismissed with heavy cost to be borne on the applicant..
