Case filed under section 12(1)(a)and under section 144

My wife deserted me just 5months after marriage without any reasonable cause and now filed case saying that I am impotent (without any proof) i have my medical reports which proves i am not impotent. I have section 9 rcr against her. She has filed case8 under section BNS 144. How can I win this case

Has your wife cited any other reason for divorce apart from the alligation inpotency ? in the case has she asked for your medical examination ? has So far any mediation held in Court ? your one medical report he is not enough to disprove alligation of importancy.

She filed a maintenance case against you. If you pay the maintenance properly and if proved you are not important through valid medical proof then your case restitution of conjugal rights will definitely win.
