Case disposed - Uncontested - Made Over

I had filed for a mutual divorce in April last year. We were asked to re-appear in October. We did so. Now, the court website show "Case Disposed Reason for disposal Uncontested - Made Over" What does this mean? Secondly. Even though we had a hearing in October, the site shows dismissal date as 15th April. The date when we had the original hearing. And it doesnt show the proceedings on October 20th anywhere. IS the case closed? do we have a divorce? If yes, when and who will receive the papers
