Sir main sweta hu mera 2019 se divorce ka case chal rha pr abhi tk koi nishkarsh nhi nikla meri umra 32 ho gyi h aur abhi case ka kuch pta nhi.
Aur vipakshi mujhe talak bhi nhi de rha .aur na rakhna chaha.
Sir main khud uske sath nhi rhna chahti
To aise me main kya kru.
Is baat sagyan me lete huye koi upaaye btaye.
Aur is case ke chalte main dusri shadi kr sakti hu ?

according to Hindi law aap dusri shaddi nahi kr sakte hai jab tak divorce nahi ho jata hai and konse court me hai aapka case? vese itna lamba divorce case chlta to nahi h but file status se hi pata chalega ki delay kyu ho Raha h itna
