Case against wife when Iam accused 498 a

Iam accused with 498a false complaint last year by my wife ,how to come out from this situation and to file again on my wife to understand the family values. Please provide me the options to come out from this case. It's second marriage as my first dead in accident.. I have a baby girl who is 10 years old with me. To take care of that baby I got married for second time, where she is not taking care of my baby in spite she file a case on me of dowry harassment.. Plz help me

u can also file case on ur wife in dvc for not takeing care of the child and provideing the faceillities to child as mother in the family court of ur area5 it should be files by ur daughter with ur help

client you have to file a case in High Court to quash 498 a petition and same to be produced in the lower Court the same if it is also file on you and your family members then that also can be quashed by high court

hi
it is admitted by supreme court that 90% of 498a cases have resulted in acquittal.
also in your reason, even a lay man can understand that you might have married again only to support your motherless daughter and not for dowry. so, either you apply in high court for quashing the case under section 482cr.p.c or contest the case in trial court

also you should seriously think about the continuity of second marriage itself as the daughter is made to suffer for no fault of hers.
