Case against ex wife and her family after divorce

Hi...I had got mutual divorce now. Marriage unconsummated due to her physiological inability to have relationship which was confirmed by leading phycologist. Wife initially agreed mutual and later demanded money for mutual . Her father blackmailed us and told they will extend the case and spoil my life if I m not paying it . I have paid money also got mutual divorce . I have gone through lot of mental harassment, agony, body shaming also same for.my parents too. I want to file suit against them and they too should know the paid.pls help me what can I do now against them
hello sir I have seen your total statements. first a legal notice has to be sent through the advocate then we may file the case either at criminal court or civil court. proper action can be taken under criminal liability

I presume that you have not read the mutual consent divorce petition carefully. As standard expression it is normally declared that all issues are settled and no new cases will be initiated in that regard. Before divorce by mutual consent means settlement arrived at after sorting out all the issues between the parties.
