Case against a girl for misleading and cheating in matrimony

I got a request in matrimony site from a girl, accepted. She promised to marry me, talked to my family, then asked financial help saying her parents are being treated in different places. That girl native place is near to my hometown, so I gave her money. I realised later she is fraud and doing this. I try to find her , but she is absconding, I filed a police case, police gave a sheet of endorsement kind to get court order so my case can be filed and investigated. Need help on it.

1. you can file the cheating case against the lady for misguiding you and collecting the amount from you. 2. you can file the case against the lady in the cyber crime police station. 3. you can file the cheating case against the lady in court

Yes, you can file a case for getting an order from court to Police to investigate the matter. if you are living in Bangalore I can do this for you, how much money have given to her ? the court case to be filled for getting direction to police to investigate will cost you 30000.
