Can't stay any longer with present husband religion hindu

Respected sirnnI am a banker currently posted in Bangalore. I was married in dec 2007 and have been facing severe emotional and verbal abuse since then.. never received any support of any kind from husband . Not even financial ... I am the sole bread winner .. and even after that being subjected to constant mental and emotional abuse . With occasional physical abuse ( hitting ) . I have two kids .. can I get divorce from him with mutual consent at the earliest?? And whether I need to pay mainten

you can first issue notice to your husband thereafter you can file for pre mediation and if doesn't appear for the mediation then you can file your case and there if didn't appear then you can proceed with exparte proceedings.
