Can't afford advocate ..please advice me

I earn 15000pm and cannot afford a advocate for my divorce case..what I can request from my husband or court....plz advice

If you wish to engage Advocate and you are not able to fees in this circumstances firat you can some lawyer if they ready to work for you without fees.. else if your income comes under law criteria with due procedure you can approach Legal services authors.. For free legal aid.. You can present this fact before court also.

Dear queriest, as per your query were mentioned about the fact that you cannot afford to appoint an advocate since you are very low for your divorce case yes you can ask ask the expenses from the your husband and also from the court you can demand the same to allow your also Legal Aid service available in every Court where you can appoint an advocate on free service

First you must appoint Advocate for your case.
You don't give information of your income source in your case.That may affect your case.You can claim interim maintainence from your husband till fibal disposal of your case.And if you are willing to give Divorce then you can claim permanent alimony from your husband.That amount need be sufficient to maintain to you after Divorce.
