hello, if your wife is staying with you then a person who has filed petition for maintenance and divorce should withdraw the petition immediately, you have to bring into the knowledge of the court that your wife is cohabiting with you and immediately request the court to pass necessary order for disposing the the case.

Well, until Court passes final order on Maintenance, Court allows Interim Maintenance + Litigation Expenses which you have to bear on your own to pay for your Wife. Whether she stays with you or living separately, you have to pay her Maintenance until Court doesn't pass Decree in this case. If you want to deny her right of Maintenance, you have to prove, that, She is an Adultress Woman and by living with you under the same roof, she forces upon you to have pleasure, this will contradict her stand which she has taken in Court.
