Can whatsapp messages be ground of cruelty for divorce

Me hindu 27 yr hu. Meri shadi jauary 2017 me hui. Muje 2 mahine se mere husband aur uski family ne mere ghar bhej diya. Aur ab wo muje aur family ko divirce dene ke liye force krte hai. Aur usne muje whatsapp msg me likha hua diya ki agar tum divorce sign nahi karogi to wo muje badnam krne ki aur meri shadi ke time di hui sari chize aur sama tab tak wapas nahi dega jaba tak me sign nahi krungi. Aur un logo ne muje uske ghar me bhi choti choti bato ko leke bahot mental torture kya hai. To muje abhi kis ground pe divorce lena chahiye. Muje divorce lene ke liye kya karna chahiye aab? Whatsapp chat can proove that he said this to me or not?
Aapko jo bhi koi taklif ho wo sub complain me likh ke police complain ka sakte ho aur aapko aapke sasara aur jo bhi koi dhamki dete ho to unki against me complaint file kar sakte ho divorce lene se pahale aapka jo bhi koi gahne aur dowry de k rakhi he woh pahle wapas le lijiye aur divorce k liye badi amount mang lo taki vo log bhi aapko heran pareshan nahi karenge

yes it definitely does. but according to me first of all go to the mahila police station and file a criminal case against your husband for this type of mental harassment. if you dont want to give divorce then dont give.

According to you ...you both are intrested in taking Divorce so you can go for divorce on mutual basis. But you can file the divorce under section 13B after 1 year of sepration. So you can file the suit for divorce after 1 year of marriage.
But If you wish to stay with your husband you can go for complaint in crime against women cell or Domestic Violence against women or suit for restitution of conjugal rights section 9 HMA all depends upon your need.
