Can we give summon of 1 court in another court by hand


09-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had filed civil case against my husband. He did not take the summon and remark is as door closed. i feel they want to stretch the time. dV case is going on at cmm court. My question is : nCan I hand deliver the summon to my husband in front of the judge. Will judge object. Can my husband say that he will not take that summon.

You can deliver the Summons before the Judge. You can also deliver the Summons through WhatsApp and on getting the blue tick, service of summons will get completed. You can get a Summons pasted on his Door also through Postman or Courier Boy which is also valid service of Summons.

You cannot do that and even if you give him, it will have no meaning because the court will need the report of the service of summo to proceed with the case. You got to follow the proper procedure for serving the notice in another case through that court.

Dear Queriest yes you can handover the Summons before the court if he is trying to avoid the same when it is posted, the judge never objects for the same. Also even if he is trying to delay there are many more ways to get him before the court, for more information about the same kindly call me
