Can we file for divorce on the ground of mental harassment

My brother and bhabhi both are not comfortable with each other behaviour...she stay with her parents most of the time.daily fights are becoming mentally harrassing

You brother and Bhabhi can opt for the divorce by mutual consent under section 13 Hindhu marriage act in the court by filing the divorce petition on the grounds of temperamental differences and other difference arose in the term of mairage.

Yes you can file can against her on the ground of mental cruelty for the divorce but its very hard to prove mental cruelty... but once you filed the case for divorce.... then u will have to face multiple case like for maintaince 125 under CrPC, 12 Domestic violence, and complainant under section 498

Hello
You can fil divorce case on basis of mental cruelty and harassment .but we have to consider mental cruelty is to on what extent.if both are living separetely since long then you file divorce on desedtion ground also but sepration shuld be atleast two years

Dear client, yes your brother can file divorce on the ground of mental harassment or we can say it in legal term mental cruelty or on the ground of desertion as it is also the duty of a wife to provide company to her husband .! For more information meet me personally .!!
