Can victim of domestic violence get full child custody?

I was abused physically, emotionally for 8 years, holding my jewels from me. Staying seperate since 6 months, not providing for child financially. We reside in 2 different foreign countries but married in India. What help can I get. Pls advice.
you can file creation minal case as well as case under domestic violence act to get compensation and alimony from your husband, to which you can seek attachment of property belongs to your husband. residing in some other country is not a barrier.
