Can u help me with to knw abt divorce 1st notice and how to prepare it

Please help.me to know.how to send 1st notice and from whr it needs to be prepared.from . Does it need to be prepare from lawyer . also advice us good govt lawyer plz

If you are intending to initiate certain proceeding or to demand certain thing which is not necessary should lead to Court then you are required to send a well drafted legal notice to concerned person or authority. You will have to prepare a befittung reply to the notice of divorce. As the notice sent by you as a reply will be used in the court. It is very important that the fraft of your notice is very precise. You will have to hire an advocate.

Well, you can send your first Notice of Divorce to your spouse through me. I will make sure to include all such points in that Notice which will make her totally understand, that, it is in your spouse's best interest to grant you Divorce with immediate effect.
