Can the wife of a lawyer get the maintenance as per Hindu Marriage Act

Does a lawyer wife is entitled for maintenance as per Hindu marriage law. Kindly help me in this regards along with the references.
Why should not a lawyer's wife get maintenance? They too have right for maintenance. But also it depends on the case whether the wife is really entitled for maintenance or not if it is proved the court will definitely grant maintenance to wife

being a wife, you are entitled to maintenance when you file proper case in the relevant court - however the amount of the maintenance depends on various factors.
being wife of a lawyer is not ground to reject maintenance claims as per the Hindu Marriage law.

dear client,As per our constitution no person can be discriminated on grounds of profession religion etc hence lawyer has also had to pay the maintenance but he has any income if he has no any income proof then difficult to ask the required amount of maintenance.please do not hesitate for contact if you like my opinion please rate me.
