Can the person remarry during the pendency of 498 A matter

Hi, I got married in 2012 year.Filed 498 case in 2014 and got divorce in 2017 but 498 case is still pending. Can I marry other person with pending 498 case.please give me suggestion.
Hi,
You can happily marry other person by explaining the situation to the new person. Because you may have to goto court for giving your evidence in court. Once the Family Court has passed the order of Divorce, then the parties are at liberty to marry any person of their choice. Pendency of 498 - A case will not effect your new marriage.
