Yes it can be. Though it will not treated as convlusive evidence but as admissable evidence meaning therey that it has to be proved. It is also used as corobative evidence meaning thereby that it can be use to substanciate the allegation

yes according to Evidence Act, you can use photograph and video as evidence in a divorce case.

Sec 65 A (Evidence Act) provides Special provision as to evidence relating to electronic record and the contents of electronic record may be proved in accordance with the provision of 65 B of Evidence Act.
you can move for adultery also.

Why not? Now we are living in a digital world. So, electronic evidance is admissible in the eye of law. However, the court can ask to show verify these evidance to ensure its truthfullness. So, in such kind of evidances, the source plays a very important role.
