Can order VII rule 11 of CPC be filed after written statement ??

If written statement is already filed, can order VII rule 11 be filed subsequently as an appeal to dismiss the petition?

yes it can be filed even after the written statement has been filed. order 7 rule 11 nowhere says that you have to file it only before the Written statement is submitted. you can submit it unhesitatingly and the court will never object to it.
