Can my wife claim alimony if yes then how much I have to pay monthly

My wife is govt employee I am also govt employee difference in my in hand salary and her in hand salary is around 30 k? after marriage she never lived with me for past 3 year I waited but now I decided to go for divorce.what ground I can get divorce and do I have to give her maintenance

Law point wise, the quantum of maintenance depends upon a lot of factors like income, education, prevailing circumstances and a lot of things Moreover if you want to file a divorce that should be on the ground of discretion.

dear client as per your query since you want to file for divorce as divorce is of two types Mutual and contested divorce mutual divorce takes around six months and contested takes more time no if she has left or deserted you without informing them maintenance should not be granted..
