Can my parents take all the gold back ( in my divorce case ) which is gifted in marriage to the groom family & to own daughter ?nTo jo bride family ne gift kiye the groom & unki family ko gold vo wapas nhi mil skta ? jbki bills humare pas h aur groom side wale dene se saaf mana kr rhe h aur bol rhe h humare pas kuch nhi h aur vo chupa rhe h gold. nWhat happened in this case ?nWhat should we do ?
If the groom side is not responding and is not ready to give you the gold articles which belongs to you only then you have to take it out from the court through filing of a complaint under section 156(3) CrPC or a domestic violence case against the culprits.
