can my husband force me to get divorced as he wanted baby boy ?

hello
my husband file a divorce case against me coz i refused his demand. when i got a baby girl child they send me at my parents home and demanded that keep my daughter at my parents home only then they will allow me to enter their home . me and my daughter are at my parents home since 7yrs. now he is threatning us . he is also demanding jewellery and cash. he is saying he will never accept me and my daughter. only he will accept me with cash and jewellry. please help me what should i do ?
Dear queriest, as per your query it can be seen the case is clearly of dowry, therefore you are suggested make a complaint of demand of dowry against your husband and in laws so that they can come to know what are they asking for is crime in the eyes of law.
