Can muslims do mutual divorce in a judicial way ?

27-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I mean there are extra judicial ways like Mubarat, khula etc.. But I think the judicial way is pretty straight forward. For some reason my wife wants divorce via Mubarat. It's not that they are very orthodox. But I don't have any trust in Mubarat. I am concerned about whether Mubarat contains any loopholes .

Muslims are not barred from going for a divorce on the basis of mutual consent though there is no specific provision and section applicable to them, the courts entertain the same on the basis of equity. there are also other ways to come to the same conclusion. ,
