Hi If your husband uses your intimate photos from previous relationships to tarnish your character, it could involve several legal provisions related to privacy, defamation, and the protection of women. Section 66E of IT act 2000 :- if the intimate photos were shared without consent, he will be charged under this section. Section 499 of IPC :- Defamation:- if he uses the photos publicly Section 12 of DV Act 2005:- you can also file this case as you are subjected to emotional or psychological abuse. If the picture are from the relationship before marriage and he was also aware of your past relationships, then this will be difficult for him to prove it. A working women can be granted maintenance for herself and her child under various circumstances Under section 24 of HM Act 1955 Protection of women from DV act 2005 Section 125 crpc

Under Indian law, past relationships don’t affect maintenance rights. Husband misusing intimate photos can be punished under IT Act & IPC. Child support is mandatory. File for maintenance & legal action for harassment.

Your past relationships have no bearing on your right to maintenance and child support. Your husband’s actions may also amount to criminal offenses, such as defamation and cybercrime. You have strong legal remedies to protect yourself and secure financial support. Let’s discuss the best course of action.
