Can maintainance be increased. What is the procedure? How to approach?

I am vinutha, a hindu, undergoing a conjugal rights case. I m fighting this case from past 6 years. My case started in 2016. On 19/3/2019
I applied for maintainance under 125. Its been declared now on April as 6000pm. As my husband is a central government employee he earns 70000pm but I am unemployed. It is difficult for me to run the house at 6000pm. Court judgement says I m working hence have ordered 6000pm. I am unemployed and currently in this pandemic facing lot of problems. Please help me to how to increase the amount and what is the procedure? What should I submit to prove I m not working.?
showing your present unemployment and the the highest salary of your estranged husband u can apply for enhancement of maintenance amount. you have to show your requirements and expenses. it was take some time as Court issues notice to the respondent and seeks reply from Hisar side.

You can file for enhancement after one year of order or if husband is not paying the maintenance you can seek for recovery. feel free to consult for further guidance if you need in this regard... your lawyer should have contested it at the earlier instance to show you were not employed
