Can IO remove charges in chargesheet on own?

I have filed FIR on 498a, 323, 504, 506, and 494 on my in laws. I was majorly concerned about bigamy thing and needed justice for this specific crime. I helped IO with evidences but she removed 494 charge from chargesheet. I believe my in laws bribed her to do so..she told us that 494 will be filed later on by the lawyer but I suspect she compromised the case. Now I am suggested to approach ACP again, is it right to do so?

494 के लिए होता है क्युकी कानूनी सबूत नहीं होगा क्योंकि ये एक मात्र ऐसा अपराध है जो हाँ तो पंजीकृत विवाह प्रमाणपत्र हो हां शादी के समय की जय माल की पिक्चर हो हां ऐसा कोई सबूत हो जो प्रोफेसर कर रहा हो जो कानूनी हो

File a writ petition about that before Allahabad High Court herein Court will direct to IO about fair investigation in your case and why she removed 494 against your inlaws, then your will take right direction.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have provided the evidence regarding these sections and have already placed in your petition with affidavit then the court will take cognizance yes in majority of the cases IO do favour by taking money to settle for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
