Can I take my marital stuff back after filing FIR


10-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Have filed 489a and bigamy case against my husband nd in laws, investigation is going on. But I want to take back my essential stuff like daily wear clothes and things I have purchased with love. I am relocating somewhere for my mental peace and want my stuff to restart my life from scratch..husband also messaged me to take my things, he will not object me on that. Can I go and collect my things peacefully? I'll not claim money for that in future as I am only concerned about his affair.

you can talk to your husband and go and get your stuff back. you can also involve your family or friends for negotiable talks. your rights. also you can file a case for getting your stridhan back and all other of your belongings.

The section 498 A, which is booked against your husband moreover he is having extramarital affair that is bigamy under 494 of IPC . Since you are affectionately attached to your tangible ,& material memo rablia, which you want to treasure along with you as a treasured possession, you should file an application in the family court, where the matter is going on claiming for certain invaluable possession that you want back. After a written application the court will definitely grant you with the liberty of getting back your possessions .

yes you can go and collect all the your things which belongs you peacefully but remember don't take any illegal action and don't try to any fight or don't use any abusive language. if he deny you to collect your items then you can file the petition in the court
