can i register a case against my wife and her supportives on behalf of fake statement mentioned in fir.
It’s matter of trail now n u can’t file case on the versions of FIR ! Once I win the case from highest court only then u can file defamation case n section 211
At the moment if u have conclusive evidences u can go for quashing

of course, you can file a case against your in laws or any other supportive of your wife who is making statement in the FIR.
but before filing any case you have to consider that what the grievances you have faced and what the consequences of that FIR or case who would be occur,
if you have no good Grounds in your favour you should not file any case the filing of a case also created some disturbance in your general life.
