Can i live without diverse with other women

Hi, 3 years back we r separated and She calling to some other guy. We found and 2 to 3 times worned to her again she doing same mistakes.. Now we saperated , she telling, i will not give diverse and im ineterested staying with me, but im not interested to staying with her. She asked all my property write it into her name after that also she not interested to give diverse. I have 2 call records, can i take her number all calls records . Can i keep living relationship with other girl. Pls suggest

I understand your questions so now your wife saparated from you past 3 years so now she is not ready to living with you and you are also not ready to living with her so younwillntake contest divorce it is better so if you are intrest so and you are not mentioned she is working or not so if she is working you will not paid maintainan. thanks for asking questions

Dear Sir, On the ground of adultery you can get Divorce but it must be established adultery. The Court may not believe the stray two calls made by your wife to some guy. Find out the name and address of that guy and file Police complaint under Section 498 of Indian Penal Code.
