Can I leave India with my child without father's permission?

I have a daughter from my 1st marriage and her custody on me...she lives with me and now she is 13 years old.... My ex husband was abandoned my daughter before 12 years I have certified copy of divorce decree with custody Order.......the order..... "Debashrita(my daughter) born from the wedlock of the parties to the suit will remain in the care and custody of the mother till attainment of majority" I want to give her good education....so we want to go abroad ...... any NOC or legal permission required from her biological father....????

madam first of all reading only four line of your divorce suit it is not possible to answer such question kindly provide all details like wise does your job profile and the reason behind your abroad establishment all the relavant certificate and all other medical report please provide all this for further help please feel free to contact

no there was no mandate to get the permission from your ex husband..but if her father want to talk or meet with his daughter then you have to agree with this..it is a condition of every divorce matter if tthere was kids.
