I have a daughter from my 1st marriage and her custody on me...she lives with me and now she is 13 years old....My ex husband was abandoned my daughter before 12 yearsI have certified copy of divorce decree with custody Order.......the order..... "Debashrita(my daughter) born from the wedlock of the parties to the suit will remain in the care and custody of the mother till attainment of majority"I want to give her good education....so we want to go abroad ...... any NOC or legal permission required from her biological father....????

no there was no mandate to get the permission from your ex husband..but if her father want to talk or meet with his daughter then you have to agree with this..it is a condition of every divorce matter if tthere was kids.



Q: Govt employee filed a false criminal case on daughter and son-inlaw

Dear sir, my wife's father is govt employee asst engineer in pwd who filed a false criminal case on me and my wife, and he has influence of DSP crime branch who is his relative, and 1 year over no action taken by police, and they told case is false so we will not file a charge sheet on this case and they told we wil do it as a b false case. the cae is still pending in court. so what can i do now.

At first how would u know that the case was filed against u.if the case was started then collect reference no and section. And dated.. If the case was false the investigation officer may snd u one notice that u/s-41of cr. PC. And gv the prayer for ur bail.
