Can I go back and stay in my husband home where inlaws are also there

My husband applied for divorce and on next Monday we had councelling from judge. I don't want divorce and want to go and stay in his home. I don't filed any case against my.inlaws or him as I thought they will change with time. Now my husband staying with his parents in rented home. Am I eligible to forcefully stay with them. They left me 3 yrs back by vacating the house by taking all household items with them. I can't apply RCR as it will take years and I can't run around courts for another 5 yrs. I want to stay in his home and then I can apply all laws which may change him and accept me as wife. I am Hindu
