Can I get a stay on in-laws property during divorce ?

Hi, My husband and our minor child are NRI’s . I went through domestic violence by husband in abroad and by in-laws in India recently.I am living in my parents house with my child now. I have filed FIR and applying for maintenance and divorce. But they doesn’t want to give anything to us. My In-laws want to make a Will on their daughter now. They even have ancestral properties. How should I deal this case please suggest me. My in-laws are not allowing to stay in house.

you can file case and get the order to stay in your in-laws house and as well as you wil get monthly maintenance and also you file a case for partition in your sans name through you you have many chance to file cases against them further information cal me

Dear Madam, Better file Domestic Violence case and enter your parents in law House. Get file partition suit through your minor child and get a stay on transfer of properties and execution of any type of documents. You may succeed in your endeavor.

You can try to get a stay against the sale disposal of the property if your husband is having a right half share in ancestral property. you can do so by filing a suitable case in Jurisdictional Civil Court
