My wife has filed a DV case in 2020, can I file petition in High court to quash DV case now after 4 years

Hello yes if your matter has false allegations made against you and your family by your wife then by way of filing quashing petition in high court you can get it quashed, you need to accumulate all evidence against her.

Hi Good Morning, As your wife filed DV in 2020. but it's not clear that, what is the current status of the DV case. one thing which might be clear that, you wife were filed section 23 of Interim Maintainance in DV case. and if I am not wrong then, she got an interim maintainance order from the court. so merely Quashing the DV is not solution. their are several legal strategies have to use for your case. for more details and querries then contact us and visit our website.
