Can i file f. I. R. Against husband extramarital affair

I want to know I had no proof of extramrital affair of my husband I heard that he had done second marriage. I have no evidence of their marriage I want file f. I. R so that police investigate and collect some evidence nWhat should I do?

yes you can go with it but it is not soo easy that you are thinking first of all track his movement bank statement and many other things and most important if you failed to prove then be ready for your fruits ... contact me for further discussion

hello if you are willing to file a complaint against your husband then you can lodge a complaint and if the police does not lodge your complaint then you can give an application under section 156 3 of CRPC by which your complain will definitely be lodged ..... even if you have no proof then also it can be lodge.... for more information you can call me thank you

bina evidence ke police apke husband ke against f.i.r registered nahi karegi isme ap court ke help le sakte hai agar thoda bhi kch evidence apko mile to ap court se f.i.r registered kara sakte hai saath hi court ke through ap apna statement de kar complaint treat kara sakte hai

As you told that your husband is having extra material affair and you don't have any sufficient evidence to prove this fact and you want to file FIR against your husbandSo you need to have sufficient evidence to prove against your husband for section 494 so that you can prove in court that your husband has remarried such person or woman
