Can I file domestic violence case for maintanence

My husband filed false null and void case against me and the case is in progress. I also appeared for that case. Interim maintanence has been given to me but he proved that am employed. At this stage can I file separate new domestic violence case against him for monetary maintenance .please help me.

you can file domestic violence case you can file if you filed maintenance then if you want to file another you can file domestic violence case you can file immediately better then court will issue notice to against him and immediately

Dear Madam if you're separation from your husband is not more than 1 year then you can file domestic violence case against not only your husband but Also against his family members. You may also file complaint with police under section 498A of IPC

yes you can file seperate maintenance petition under domestic violence case but you have to prove that the income of husband is more and he is enjoying higher standard of living and hence the wife should also be given additional maintenance to enjoy the same standard of living which the husband is enjoying.
