Can I file a divorce case anywhere other than my parents and husband's home district? As in that condition both place will not safe for me.
My husband is from haryana and my parents are from up.
Can i file case from delhi or allahabad ?

If You are staying in Delhi or you have resided with him in Delhi than you can file the case in Delhi or you have been married in Delhi . Otherwise you can file the case wherein you are currently residing or where your husband resides or where your matrimonial house is.
