Can I file a defamation case against my husband for saying that I am not his wife nor the mother of

Can I file a defamation case against my husband for saying that I am not his wife nor the mother of his children in front of neighbour. He bullies and bosses loudly and as I want to live with self respect in society, I keep calm. He takes it for granted and since 2 years he lives alone in Hyderabad. I too came to Hyderabad to file a case for maintenance, but so far no result. He has broken open the door of the flat in Bangalore and taken away all things, including precious items like gold, silver, car, scooty, cash, electronic goods, utensils and even clothes. It is nothing but intimidation, violence, threat to my life and I have no safety in my own house. He stays alone since 2021 in Hyderabad and has not taken any steps to locate me which clearly shows his interior motive. He has left me to my fate and says that it is his house and all the things in it belongs to him. What legal case can I file against him as I don't have safety in my own house. How can I file a non bailable case.
