Can I file a case against my wife for not staying with me

Sir, Most respectfully I beg to sayi domiciled of 43/2 New Hanuman Puri Meerut. MY EDUATION AND CHILDHOOD ARE PASSED IN SUBHASH NAGAR MEERUT CITY UP. I LIVE IN MEERUT 20 YEARS OLD AND MY PRESENT JOB WORK IN MEERUT CITY.I HAVE SENT YOU MANY PHOTOS OF MY MARRIAGE AND SECOND MARRIAGE OF MY WIFE SUBI KUMARI. My complain is that my marriage completed at date of 07 July 2016 from Dadar(Pull) near Beriya Bus stand Muzffarpur Biharand she is not living with me, not want to go other places with me. My situation is very critical. My mother Chandra Kala Devi died 12 Apr 2017 and my sister 'Seema' served her handicapped mother Chandra Kala Devi childhood and after marriage also, my mother promised seema that to give her some room and some land FROM VILL+POST BHIKHANPUR MUZAFFARPUR BIHAR for long life time but my wife Subi don't like this matter and left her home with out my permission.
