Hello sir, it cannot be on the sole ground stated above, such crulty should be affected you mentally and to be an contineoued one. Using the vulgar or abusive language of other part can be a ground for seeking divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. But all those things have to be prove before the court.

Dear Sir, What is the real reason for you to Divorce your wife? Do you really want to divorce your wife? Just because she used vulgar or rude words in mother tongue, the Court will not accept to grant divorce. I have to know the real problem. Also I have to know when you got married, whether you have children, whether you are now separated etc. Unless we discuss all these facts I cannot simply answer your question. It will not be a proper advice. Kindly contact me so that we can discuss how to solve your problem.

Hi,

Abusing using obscene words is certainly a cruelty. However, that alone may not constitute as grounds of divorce. We need to look into other aspects in order to file divorce. Try to reach me to discuss.
