Dear Madam, The husband can file divorce decree 12 months after the passing of RCR decree. You need not pay any alimony or marriage expenses to the husband. You may put up grounds for defending divorce case.

RCR decree if decided in favour of person who filed it helps that person against respondent by acting as a ground for divorce as nothing else is required to be shown as a ground . But still a divorce petition by such person can be resisted on other grounds by providing a valid reason for not obeying the orders in RCR. it need not be set aside.
