can i ask for maintenance after my divorce?

i have filed for divorce without any maintenance or alimony but can i ask for maintenance later for my 10 yrs old kid in future from my ex husband?

dear client as per your query you have a kid of 10 years but at the time of divorce you did not mention about maintenance of your child so of course you can file a maintenance case so that you can look after your child..

Yes. You can ask maintenance for your child and he cannot deny the same as he is the biological father of the child. The Court will then evaluate the social and economic situation of both the parties and allow maintenance accordingly.

Yes you can ask for maintenance after divorce also. But if you have done mutual divorce and if there is any condition there that you cannot ask for maintenance in future, then you cannot ask for maintenance. Please call for more detailed discussion.
