Can I approach high court for quashing 498a chargesheet

Hi my wife file a case 498a n 494 against me. After investigation police remove 494.bt submit chargesheet with 498a. We r not staying together from 2018. On 9/5/22 she file both cases. Can I approach high court for quashing

dear client as per your query since chargesheet is filled yes you can apply for quashing of the case what is your jurisdiction place say in details you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees..

According to the details provided by you it will be bit difficult to answer your queries because the nature of complaint and ingredients of a complaint is very necessary to ascertain that whether such case can be quashed or not and without going through contents of FIR and chargesheet the same cannot be answered

yes you may , unless there are very concrete grounds for accusing you of Violence , filing of false 498A cases are taken very seriously as an issue by the Learned Court presently under the context of which the complainant may be prosecuted for filing false cases against you and/or your family
