Hello. If you want to trap your husband then first initiate domestic violence and maintainence case against your husband. Once these cases are admit and near to one year completion of your marriage move an application for divorce.
Bad to hear all this dear. Sorry to inform you but you can't divorce even with mutual consent within one year of your marriage. But if you can prove that your consent for this marriage was taken by fraud or hiding some material facts which are fatal to this marriage, you can apply to annul this as a voidable marriage. A marriage can be annul on these grounds. 1.either party has a spouse living at the time of the marriage. 2.either party has been suffering from mental disorder of such a kind or to such an extent as to be unfit for marriage and the procreation of children. 3.if the parties are within the degrees of prohibited relationship
Dear Anchal,
You have a right of nulity of marriage under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act. The Act provides for a decree of nullity of marriage, which is voidable on some grounds. As i seen in your case, it is a matter of your harrasment also. I advise you to file a case of Harrasment with the case in under Section 12. It may be preventive action by your side.

Hello Anchal Gupta, as your marriage took place in February 2018, hence till February 2019 you are not in position to file divorce petition. But there are many other ways to get rid off this problem, and for that you have to consult with an Advocate personally.
Thank you!
Thank you!
