Can husband sell agricultural land before seeking divorce?

Hi My husband is planning on selling agricultural land .he has already transferred patta to his mothers name so that he can sell it. Now he is torturing me mentally to give mutual consent. We have a son .how can i make sure his future is safe in case in future it leads to court divorce? Is there any complaint in can give in this matter. Pls advise.

Dear Madam, You may please file a suit for Maintenance for yourself and for your son. You can get interim stay order against your husband preventing him from selling or transferring the property as it is required to protect your right to get future Maintenance.

it is advisable for you under the circumstances that you have narrated here to file a suit restraining your husband from selling that land and for cancellation of transfer of that Patna by him to his mother's name without applying for divorce yourself. by the way how old is your son now ? and how are you working ?
