Can husband file for Damage suit on grounds of Adultery

Hello, Good day.. I (Husband) filled Divorce on adultery ground and filled DNA test, Court granted DNA test order. If order reveals that the baby is not mine, then can i file the Damage suit against my wife.?

technically, yes, you can. however, it is advisable not to for the reason that quantifying the damages will be a problem for you. it is simpler to just file for divorce. if you file a suit, you will have to pay court fees on the amount of damages claimed. then proving that damage is another hurdle you will face.

Yes. You can file a damage suit with the complete calculation of your damages n claim againt your wife. You can also file a case againt the person who has made the relation with your wife to make him punish under the law.

Yes, In case the paternity test is proved against your wife, then you are entitled to file damage suit against your wife. Please go ahead if you are so sure about adulterous activities of your wife.
