He can not be compelled for the husband to leave, after RCR, only for the sake of his defense, the husband can do any new excuse, any new charge can be denied. Even after filing RCR's case, the husband may wish to keep Patni with him, after RCR, it is done by the husband to show a clean hand in the eyes of the law, if you do not want to keep ni then it can not be forced
