Can Husband demand for Compensation from wife ?

If Husband-wife get divoreced and husband is jobless, no property on his name, Zeo bank balance..Alli is all He is penniless.
In such cases, can husband demand for compensation from his wife ( If she is educated & job )
yes husband has right to get compensation/ maintenance from wife if wife is earning and husband is not working anywhere. there is special provision in the law that husband can get maintenance from wife

yes husband can claim maintenance from his wife if he is not working and having zero bank balance and on the other hand wife is earing good amount of money and have more than sufficient means, husband can move an application under section 24 of Hma act subject to there must be any Hma case is going/pending between the parties.
