Dear Sir, Nobody prevent you from purchasing property during the pendency of divorce case. She may claim more alimony or come and sit in that property. To avoid further risks you may wait for some time.

there is no prahibtion for doing any transaction while a divorce case is going on. if in case your husband is selling any property then you can question it in court on the basis of that affecting any claim of maintenance for you and children.
